This background was a wash of acrylic paints (probably applied with baby wipes — which are among my favorite application tools!)  I dabbed some white acrylic paint through a stencil, collaged some vintage images and a phrase cut from a magazine, and added a few strips of decorative washi tape.  The vintage Viewmaster wheel was made using the Tim Holtz (Sizzix) die, which I filled with miniature images of vintage bathing beauties.  I scribbled around the collaged elements and page edges with black pen.  I journaled around the edges of the page.
