This was actually my first journal page ever!  I made this in one of Debbie’s class at Country Lane (a crafting store in Surrey, BC).

The background is acrylic paint applied with a baby wipe, layered with collage elements torn from books and magazines.  The flowers are rubberstamped onto the page and then coloured in with acrylic paint applied with a paint brush.  The pink dots down the right side were made with acrylic paint applied through a stencil, and the white grid patterns were made with drywall mesh and acrylic paint.   I doodled and journaled with both a white and black pen.

It was fun to try different ways of using acrylic paint in art journaling; I was hooked!
