“Some people feel the rain; others just get wet”.

I made this page using several colours of Inka Gold (a paste-like paint with a metallic sheen) applied “watercolour style” with a wet paintbrush.  I added some hot glue strands and dots to resemble water droplets.  I collaged the words on and outlined them with hot glue.  After the hot glue had cooled, dusted it with Perfect Pearls to give it a bit of a shimmer.
